Oswald Au brings over 20 years of professional experience in business and fixed asset valuation, financing, and mergers and acquisitions across various regions, including Hong Kong and the U.S. He has successfully prepared more than 100 valuation reports for initial public offerings (IPOs) and various transactions. His extensive background includes a deep understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. In addition, Oswald is well-versed in corporate governance and risk control, allowing him to effectively navigate complex business environments and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Paul Hau brings about 10 years of experience in business valuation, focusing on financial reporting and compliance in Hong Kong. With a background in the international audit team, he has participated in over 100 valuations for transactions and reporting purposes. Paul is a member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Rawson Chen brings over 20 years of extensive experience in finance, actuarial science, and risk management across various regions, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, and mainland China. He has successfully held key leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Actuary in multiple organizations, where he has developed a deep understanding of insurance markets, both life and non-life, as well as capital markets. Rawson has prepared numerous financial models and pricing structures for diverse insurance products, contributing to enhanced business performance and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Song has been a certified actuary through the China Association of Actuaries since 2017.
